ANTHRAX: 'What Doesn't Die' Video Posted Online
April 12, 2004ANTHRAX's video for the track "What Doesn't Die" has been posted online at this location (courtesy of Launch.com).
The shoot took place on January 19, 2004 at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles. The clip was written and conceived by comic/writer Brian Posehn, known best for his work on "Mr. Show", "Just Shoot Me" and his own stand-up routine. Posehn co-directed the clip with Michael Sarna, who has previously worked on videos for 50 CENT, SMASHMOUTH and COUNTING CROWS.
Commented ANTHRAX guitarist Scott Ian, "The video shoot for 'What Doesn't Die' was incredible. The footage I saw on the monitor looked spectacular. The zombies were killer, no pun intended. I've never been so excited about a video in the history of the band. I can't wait to see the edit. Brian Posehn's idea for this made it all happen and Michael Sarna kicked ass all day making sure he got all the shots we needed. And, thank you to all the friends who showed up and got made up or moshed all day long for us. Twelve deadly hours!!!"
